
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at our flagship farm-to-table restaurant.
About the role
You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, manage a team of 25+ staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across every shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures
- Hire, train, and develop team members across all departments
- Control labor costs, food costs, and overall P&L
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- Build relationships with local vendors and community partners
- Lead weekly team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
