
Bluestone manages 400+ residential units across the region. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to keep our maintenance, vendor relationships, and tenant communications running smoothly.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance requests from tenants - schedule vendors, follow up, close tickets
- Maintain vendor relationships (plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers)
- Process invoices and track expenses in our property management software (AppFolio)
- Support lease renewals and move-in/move-out logistics
- Answer tenant calls and emails professionally and promptly
About you
- You like solving problems and keeping things organized
- You communicate clearly in writing and on the phone
- You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping anything
- Property management or operations experience is a plus - not required
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with software - we'll train you on AppFolio
- Reliable transportation (some site visits required)
- Valid driver's license
