
Folio Creative Studio is a boutique brand and design agency working with consumer brands, restaurants, and lifestyle companies. We're hiring our first in-house Marketing Manager to own our own growth and serve as a strategic partner on client campaigns.
The role
You'll run Folio's marketing (website, social, email, PR) while also managing paid media and content strategy for select clients.
Day to day
- Manage Folio's Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter (2,200+ subscribers)
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns for 3–5 clients per quarter
- Create case studies, decks, and editorial content
- Track performance across channels using GA4 and Meta Business Suite
- Collaborate with our design and copy teams on campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing or brand management
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong writing skills - you can write a caption and a strategy brief
- Eye for design (you don't need to be a designer, just have taste)
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
Bonus points
- Experience in the creative, design, or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Photography or video editing skills
